About this coffee
This coffee is a single varietal (Pink Bourbon) which is one variety of coffee plant from this particular farmer (think honeycrisp vs. granny smith apples - they are both apples, but they are unique varieties of apples).
The processing on this coffee is unique and experimental, almost a blend of natural and honey processes, which contributes to the complexity in the cup.
The packaging is a custom designed label by award winning designer (and our friend) Aaron McCall and printed in Grand Rapids, Michigan by Metas. The imagery shows the process of a coffee bean from plant to brew.
