No, tier status is based on how many points you’ve earned in a calendar year, not how many points you have saved. Feel free to spend your points and enjoy your current tier status for 12 months. 

Our old program had no expiration date to points and we found many accounts that had not been active for years. Under our new program you will have 12 months to use your points before they expire. We hope to see our customers more than once every year, so we find this system allows grace and helps us close out dormant accounts. It’s not forever, and it’s also not 3 months. You’ll get an automatic notification if any of your points are about to expire, so you can keep up with your account balance.

No. You can be on the rewards program without using any associated app. The new Foster mobile app allows you to easily order and reorder, apply your earned rewards immediately, and track your status.
