This coffee is on the savory side of flavors, some have even tasted Green Olives (in the most pleasant way). It's unique, complex, and something we don't normally see in Colombian coffees, so we think it's a stand out coffee to try!
Pour Over - Kalita Wave 185
Recipe: 21g of coffee / 355 grams of water
- 1st pour 65 grams of water - 30 second bloom
- 2nd pour to 100 grams of water
- Keep pour in 50 gram incriments
- At 250 grams wash sides
- Finish pouring to 355
Brew time ~3:00 - 3:20
